A&C Cabernet is enrobed in a deep purple/garnet hue and opens with a burst of black currant fruit laced with pretty floral chamomile and lavender notes on the nose. On the palate the tannins are firm and fine, framing the plum, boysenberry, and black cherry pastille medley of flavors interwoven with expressive currant. The mid-palate is substantial and well-structured with balanced acidity and mocha and vanilla spice. The wine finishes sleek and smooth on the palate with integrated tannins.
