The nose starts richly sanguine, like roast beef, before lightening into aromas of plums, violets and a fresh, coppery earthiness. Salt and pepper reinforce the meatiness on the palate, while continued plum notes maintain their sweetness even against well-tuned tannins and substantial acid.

Aromas of red plums, redcurrants, minerals and mushrooms. It’s medium-bodied with soft tannins. Textured and velvety with some sweetness to the fruit and a juicy, supple finish. From organically grown grapes.
