Il Ramba shows the smooth and nuanced pleasure that a well made natural sparkling wine can deliver. Intense straw yellow, a strong aromatic nose reminiscent of green apple, sage and elderberry. to the taste it shows intensity and character with a bitter, fresh and persistent finish.
