"Fermentation takes place in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. The wine remains on the fine lees for 9 months and undergoes weekly batonnage, bottle aging for another 7 months. Bright aromas, medium mouthfeel, but silky. Tradition citrus and golden apple notes. Pair with Risottos, salads, fish based dishes."
