“Deep red wine, aromas rich of ripe fruit (fig and date), hints of rose, pine, and tobacco leaf. Juicy and velvety feel to the palate, long on the finish. Soft tannin, slight spice. This is a winery full of prestige and history, still using ceramic clay similar to ancient fermentation methods.” Recommended with red meat dishes and medium aged cheeses.
