Premium wine in Argentina with European influence. It’s a family project between Felipe Staiti, his sons and Marcelo Pelleriti, one of the best Argentinian winemakers. This red blend is made of 70% Malbec - 20% Syrah - 10% Cabernet Franc. It has an intense violet color and very expressive aromas. Typical red fruit notes with a little ripen dark berry accompanied by some peppery and spice; touch of dark chocolate. In the mouth is has excellent structure and an elegant finish.
The oaky and balsamic 2014 Felipe Staiti Vértigo smelled of cigar ash, incense, sweet spices (cinnamon and vanilla), toast and smoke. The palate is creamy and sleek, more Journey than Motorhead. It's 70% Malbec, 20% Syrah and 10% Cabernet Franc. For fans of oaky reds. 2,000 bottles produced.
