Red, deep intense, ruby reflections. Complex, highlighting the fruit, especially fresh black fruit: black cherries, blackberries, spicy with contribution of graphite (mineral). All this in combination with vanilla, mocha, delivered by the barrel aging. Very smooth texture, sweet tannins, elegant aftertaste.
Alcoholic fermentation at 27 ° C for 10 days using selected yeasts. The total maceration period is 24 days, according to daily tasting. Fermentation 100% malolactic.
80% of the blend is grown in used barrels of French and American oak for 9 months.
