Velenosi Vernaccia di Saerrapetrona Dolce

Dry Vernaccia is obtained by fermentation of 50% dried Vernaccia Nera and the remaining 50% fresh crushed grapes; the two parts are fermented separately and then joined in an autoclave for the third fermentation.
Full bouquet and lively taste. Semi sweet. Great with musty, strong cheeses and meats. Or can be enjoyed before dinner.
