First matured in refill American Oak & European Oak casks and finished in Amoroso-seasoned, re-charred American Oak casks with re-charred new AO ends, the whisky starts with the scent of fresh sea air and seaweed. Tasting Notes: Smoky and briny, sweet with fruit, balanced with pepper, notes of fig, date and sea salt, finished by peat smoke and cocoa nib flavors.
