Winemaker's Note:

For this wine, we use the finest grapes from our vineyards in Ortona, just a step away from the Adriatic Sea. The grapes, sustainably grown with a minimal intervention philosophy, are fermented in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a classic and vibrant expression of Passerina.

Nose: Fine and fruity with citrus notes of pink grapefruit and exotic hints of papaya.

Palate: Enveloping and persistent, with a very pleasant white fruit finish.

Food Pairings: Aperitifs and seafood dishes.
