Winemaker's Notes

The Mount Riley Sauvignon Blanc is a blend from multiple vineyard sites throughout Marlborough and was fermented in stainless steel. Complex with overt aromas of passionfruit, pink grapefruit, citrus and greener components of crushed herb, capsicum and gooseberries. A fresh, vibrant wine with a crisp, lingering finish.

1. 100% Sauvignon Blanc
2. Selected from multiple vineyard sites throughout Marlborough, with a portion from the Awatere Valley and the balance from the Wairau Valley
3. Crushed and destemmed prior to pressing
4. Fermented in stainless steel with cool temperatures to preserve the lifted aromatics
