2025 Domaine La Barbotaine Sancerre

Winemaker's Note:

This dry, fruity white wine has a beautiful pale yellow color with brilliant highlights. It is full of finesse and complexity with delicate mineral notes. On the nose, it offers freshness and fruitiness with aromas of citrus. On the palate, vivacity, a guarantee of freshness, followed by an elegant roundness at the end of the palate with aromatic persistence of citrus notes. Our Sancerre Blanc is best enjoyed at a temperature of 10–12°C; drink now or within 5 years of bottling.
