Winemaker's Notes

Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Tasty aroma of white-fleshed pear-type fruit accompanied by fresh citrus notes. Smooth entry, tasty and elegant, typical of the Palomino grape. Pairs well with appetizers, like soft cheeses, and seafood.
