Winemaker Notes

Pale golden color, bright. Intense and fresh on the nose, rich in citrus aromas (lemon) and tropical fruit aromas (passion fruit). On the palate, it is fine and juicy, with a very pleasant smooth and silky texture.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal for accompanying seafood and fresh orfried fish. It pairs very well with green salads and citrus dressings.
