Winemaker's Notes
Deep, inky garnet with a violet black core and a narrow magenta rim. The nose is intensely aromatic yet refined. Dense notes of blackcurrant and crushed plum are layered with graphite, cedar, and warm spice. Full bodied and opulent, the palate opens with a flood of ripe dark fruits of black cherry and blueberries. A great wine to pair with dry aged rib-eye, lamb with rosemary, or wild mushroom risotto.

Medium bodied and almost silky, this Cabernet Sauvignon delivers the range of interest and classic character so intrinsic to Napa Cabernet. Black fruits and graphite, resinous and savory herbs, and a accent of octopus ink make for a complex of flavors that has intrigue as much as refinement.
