The number 3055 represents Jean Leon's taxi driver's licence in New York, and reveals the man behind the legend, the humble origins of an idealist who achieved his dream of founding the most famous restaurant in Hollywood and creating a wine bearing his name.

Sourced from Penedès, the 2022 Petit Verdot - Merlot 3055 is essentially an equal-parts blend. Purple in hue, it features aromas of mint, white pepper, spice and ripe blackberry. Dry and juicy with a rich mouthfeel, it lingers with pure fruit flavors. The 2023 offers a clever integration of flavors, resulting in a harmonious palate.
The red 2022 3055 Petit Verdot-Merlot was produced with approximately half of each variety and was made in an approachable way with the balsamic profile of the Bordeaux varieties, herbs and berries, a Mediterranean touch, moderate ripeness and 14% alcohol while keeping good acidity. 98,639 bottles produced. It was bottled unoaked in March 2023.
