Cercius Cotes du Rhone, Michel Gassier From Eric Solomon Selections and grown in Rhone, France. Cercius made from Grenache and Syrah. Hand harvested grapes and natural fermentation concrete tanks. The soil of the land is made of clay limestone and nestled in a warm terroir. The terroir gives powerful red wines with aromas of very ripe fruits and garrigue scents and soft spice. Fully mature tannins give longevity to these beautiful wines. Castelfeder, Südtirol, Alto Adige- Pinot Grigio Trentino, Italy. Located in the very southern area of Alto Adige. The vineyards are made of a loamy and sandy alluvial soil giving freshness, fruitful tones and minerality to the wine. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the classic aromas and then aged on the fine lees for minimum four months. Rich aromas and excellence balance makes the strength and structure of the wine. Dry, however smooth on the palate.
